(1)、 Installation method
The correct installation, use and maintenance of reducer is an important link to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Therefore, when you install the reducer, please be sure to strictly follow the following installation and use related matters, carefully assemble and use.
The first step is to confirm whether the motor and reducer are intact before installation, and strictly check whether the dimensions of each part connected between the motor and reducer match. Here are the dimensions and matching tolerances of the positioning boss, input shaft and reducer groove of the motor.
The second step is to screw down the screw on the outer dust hole of the reducer flange, adjust the clamping ring so that the side hole is aligned with the dust hole, insert the inner hexagon and tighten it. After that, remove the motor shaft key.
The third step is to connect the motor and reducer naturally. When connecting, the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor must be consistent, and the outer flange of the two must be parallel. If the center of gravity is not consistent, it will cause the high-speed shaft of the reducer to break or the gear of the reducer to wear

1. High level and high performance. Carburizing, quenching and gear grinding are widely used in cylindrical gears. The bearing capacity is increased by more than 4 times. The cylindrical gears are small in size, light in weight, low in noise, high in efficiency and high in reliability.
2. Modular design. It is easy to expand and renovate the series, which is conducive to mass production and cost reduction.
3. Various types and variant designs. It gets rid of the traditional single base installation mode, and adds different types, such as hollow shaft suspension type, floating support base, integrated connection of motor and reducer, and multi-directional installation surface, so as to expand the scope of application.
The main factors to improve the level of reducer are as follows: 1) the theoretical knowledge is becoming more and more perfect and closer to the reality (such as the calculation method of gear strength, modification technology, deformation calculation, optimization design method, smooth transition of tooth root, new structure, etc.). ② The quality control level of materials and heat treatment is improved by using good materials and all kinds of high-quality alloy steel forgings. ③ The structure design is more reasonable. ④ The machining accuracy has been raised to ISO 5-6. ⑤ The bearing quality and service life are improved. ⑥ The quality of lubricating oil is improved.
