1. It must be mounted on a flat and solid bottom.
2. The installation environment must be dry and well ventilated. The ambient temperature is - 5 ° C ~ 40 ° C. In case of abnormal high or low temperature, special customization should be made with the manufacturer before purchase.
Connection method
1. When connecting the output shaft with connector, the two shafts must be fixed and parallel, and the base must be tight and firm with proper bolts.
2. All equipment should be installed on the shaft lightly, do not use hammer, and should avoid bearing damage due to tight assembly.
3. Pulleys, sprockets or gears should be assembled as close to the bearings as possible to reduce bending stress. Use appropriate size (within 6 times of the diameter of the output shaft) sprocket, pulley, etc. connected with the output shaft. Please use H7 tolerance together to avoid abnormal sound and shaft surface damage.
4. The surface of output shaft can be coated with antirust paint to avoid rust.

1. When the change of power supply voltage is more than 10%, the motor may burn down and the output shaft torque may be abnormal.
2. It is possible that the motor will burn down when it is overloaded.
3. The wrong wiring of the motor will cause the motor to burn down.
4. The high humidity environment will make the brake rust and lose the braking effect.
5. Please install switch protection on the power supply to reduce the motor burnout.
